RAFYC 50º 51.58 N 001º 18.80 W just N of ferry have two scrubbing bays with pressure washer – contact 023 8045 2208 (Office) Access is tight and across tide, so can be a bit difficult.

Moor with the posts to stbd, ground is firm. Controlled by Hamble River HM Booking NOT required, just turn up and use if vacant. Could be free for 24 hours.
River Itchen

The public piles put in by Southampton Sailing Club are free to use but the depth is 4 foot 6 inch at MHWS, so only suitable for shallow boats.
Chichester Harbour

Two sets of posts, 50º 48.4531 N 000º 51.9364 W and 50º 48.4356 N 000º 51.9136 W with ladders and runner water – the western ones have power and water. Bottom firm, there is a ladder on one of the posts to get down and a water tap to use. You can hire a power hose for the boatyard.

Nice sheltered spot with power washer included in the price.

Dell Quay SC 50º 49.17 N 000º 48.96 W around slip, hard to the north of the quay at Dell Quay SC. Not Piles, drive up the soft gravel after HW and put out a pulling off kedge anchor and warp. Tucked out of the prevailing wind and tide at the back. The problem here is that you do not float off until late evening on Springs and the channel is not lit.

Lock Lake –
Locks Sailing Club 50º 47.74 N 001º 02.20 W On entry, turn to West along channel toward Southsea marina, you will find a pair of piles to your starboard at the bottom of the slipway to Locks sailing club.
Eastney Cruising Association 50º 47.557 N 001º 01.758 W The ECA have installed piles opposite their club to the S of the PUBLIC slipway and N of the pontoons and Southsea Marina.
These piles may be private but contact ECA Office 023 92 734103 for details.
Just outside of Lock Lake beyond the Hayling ferry pontoon on the Eastney foreshore. 50° 47.807 N 01° 01.857 W Piles on sand.

Cowes Town Quay, 50º 45.78 N 001º 17.81 W next to the Red Jet (Not sure of exact Lat/Long)
Folly Inn 50º 44.026 N 001º 16.88 W – piled scrubbing berth. Just in front of the harbour office compound, accessible past the northern end of the Folly Inn visitor pontoon. This is also available for use by non-members of the Association, although the fee does include temporary membership of the Association for insurance purposes.
The berth can take yachts of up to 10 tonnes with a maximum draft of 6ft.
Water and power are available so high pressure washers can easily be used.
